Guidepost Solutions Expands Emerging Issues & Technology Practice with Key Leadership Promotions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guidepost Solutions, a global leader in investigations, compliance, monitoring, and security and technology consulting, announced the promotion of Bradley Dizik to president and Stephanie Talamantez to senior managing director of its Emerging Issues and Technology practice. This strategic move, coupled with the addition of Megan Kilzy as managing director, underscores Guidepost Solutions' commitment to provide cutting-edge solutions for clients navigating emerging, cross-border and sensitive issues.

“Bradley’s innovative approach combined with Stephanie’s exceptional background exemplifies the caliber of talent that drives our Emerging Issues and Technology practice forward,” said Julie Myers Wood, CEO, Guidepost Solutions. “Their promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to helping clients stay ahead of evolving risks and opportunities in an increasingly complex and shifting landscape.”

Dizik, who has been with Guidepost Solutions since 2019, specializes in crisis strategy; cross-border, emerging, and sensitive investigations; and global compliance assessments. Dizik will continue to lead the practice in addressing the most pressing and intricate risks faced by a diverse clientele, including corporations, digital asset companies, high-net-worth individuals, and public figures worldwide. His expertise encompasses overseeing complex global investigations; supervising the development and assessment of ethics and compliance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and privacy programs; as well as leading the forensic tracing and recovery of digital assets. A member of the Washington, D.C. and New York Bars, Dizik is regularly called on to advise board directors and executive officers for critical business and reputational decisions and in response to their most public and private crises.

“I am incredibly honored to receive this vote of confidence from colleagues who I admire and have inspired me to build a practice group that is at the cutting edge for how investigations, compliance, and security services are provided to clients,” said Dizik. “The world is changing rapidly, and it is imperative that Guidepost has the agility to keep up with these changes. With our expanded team, we are better positioned to provide cutting-edge solutions that help our clients navigate their greatest challenges with confidence.”

Talamentez is a former FBI special agent with extensive experience in cybercrime and digital asset investigations, white-collar crime, fraud investigations, and national security matters. She has several certifications related to digital asset tracing and crypto assets.
