Layne Bowen has been promoted to Vice President of Utah. Formerly the owner of L.A. Bowen Insurance in Orem, Utah, Layne joined Inszone through acquisition and has since demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a strong dedication to client success. His promotion positions Inszone for sustained growth in the Utah market.

Scott Ligouri has been named Vice President of Colorado, taking the reins of Inszone’s operations in the state. Scott, previously CEO and owner of Loft and Co, brings a track record of strategic relationship-building and business development. Stepping into this role following Ann-Marie Delmonte’s outstanding leadership, Scott has big shoes to fill—his appointment reflects Inszone’s confidence in his vision to further elevate the Colorado region. Brian Cook has been appointed Vice President of Iowa & Strategic Partnerships. Formerly the COO and owner of Loft and Co, Brian brings extensive experience in operational leadership, licensing, infrastructure, and carrier relations. In this expanded role, he will drive efficiency across Iowa and help strengthen strategic partnerships nationally.

Jared Strong has been promoted to Vice President of Illinois. Having recently celebrated five years with Inszone, Jared exemplifies the company’s values and long-term vision. His journey from producer to leadership is a testament to Inszone’s culture of growth and internal advancement.

Max Cusator takes on the role of Staff Development Manager, leading the company’s staff development efforts. Max will focus on training, professional development, and ensuring the highest standards of client service throughout the organization.
