This strategic acquisition expands Inszone's commercial lines presence across the Mid-South, welcoming an agency with specialized expertise in workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability.

Founded in 1999 by Mark Sharpe and operating today as Corporate Insurance Group, LLC, the agency serves clients across the Mid-South, including Tennessee, Mississippi, and Texas. As a fully remote agency, its focus stays squarely on its markets and its book of business, with particular strength in the three commercial coverages that anchor its work: commercial auto, workers' compensation, and general liability. The agency also brings niche expertise in personal care services (PCS), adult day care, artisan contractors, and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
