Named one of Fast Company’s 2025 Most Innovative Companies in the world, Resultant joins the ranks of standout organizations like Waymo, Nvidia and Duolingo. The consultancy placed #9 in the Education category, recognized for its groundbreaking work helping states use data to drive student success and increase access to child care.

“This honor reflects our team's relentless dedication to tackling society’s most pressing challenges through data-driven solutions,” said Greg Layok, CEO of Resultant. “Our approach isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about redefining what’s possible with data and technology to help clients and communities thrive.”

Honorees for Fast Company’s annual Most Innovative Companies list are selected from thousands of global submissions, judged for their impact, timeliness, and relevance.

Further, StateScoop named the first-of-its-kind, AI-powered Pivot platform, developed in partnership with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, a 2025 State IT Innovation of the Year. Since its launch in late 2023, Pivot has established itself as a national model for data-driven economic mobility. It helped over 1,100 unemployment insurance (UI) claimants earn a wage increase of $3.98/hour compared to $1.42/hour for nonparticipants (average wages are $18.29/hour for claimants). The wage increase came to claimants who accepted their top recommended job after voluntarily choosing to use the tool.

New capabilities released in early 2025 build on this momentum, integrating upskilling and training opportunities for UI claimants and enhancing visibility into program efficacy.

Finally, Resultant earned recognition for its workplace culture, being named to the 2025 Top Workplaces USA list by USA Today. The honor, based entirely on employee feedback, celebrates organizations that prioritize connection, growth and purpose.

Highlights from Resultant’s 2024 employee survey include:

  • 91% of employees agree the organization operates by strong values.
  • 86% feel their work is meaningful.
  • 84% would highly recommend Resultant to others.

Resultant’s “career pathways” program, launched in 2024, emphasizes breadth of experience over traditional ladder climbing. The initiative, combined with a company-wide mentoring program, equips employees to grow through diverse challenges and opportunities.

“Our recognition as a Top Workplace reflects our commitment to cultivating an environment where our team members thrive through meaningful work and continuous growth,” said Kate Gerber, VP of Talent at Resultant. “This belongs to every Rezzer who contributes to making our culture exceptional.”
