Alchemer Names Ramesh Kandukuri as CTO

Experienced technologist brings passion and expertise to leader in CX technology

LOUISVILLE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alchemer, a global leader in customer feedback management and voice of customer technology, today announced Ramesh Kandukuri as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately.

With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Kandukuri has a successful history of building and leading engineering teams that support aggressive business goals. Kandukuri brings significant expertise in modernizing technology infrastructure and approaching engineering with a customer-first mindset.

Most recently, Kandukuri was the CTO of InvoiceCloud, an enterprise SaaS payment solution, where he scaled the engineering organization to support a significant increase in revenue leading to the company’s IPO in 2021 and return to privatization in 2024. While there, he transformed product development, quality engineering, and cloud operations while driving AI/ML adoption.

In addition to his time at InvoiceCloud, Kandukuri also led the engineering and technology organizations at Progressive Leasing and Quicken Loans. He has a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal, India.
