Quvia Launches Q: Embedded AI Tools to Maximize Productivity and Efficiency

Formerly known as Neuron, Quvia is an AI-powered Quality of Experience (QoE) platform that provides advanced network visibility and orchestration

Now in beta, Q will embed new AI capabilities into the Quvia customer portal, making it even easier to get real-time network performance and QoE insights

Q will enable the use of AI agents that can handle tedious and complex tasks—saving time, increasing reliability, and optimizing costs

MIRAMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quvia, the AI-powered QoE platform formerly known as Neuron, today announced Q, a suite of embedded AI tools designed to maximize productivity and efficiency for connectivity, digital operations, and customer experience teams in the aviation, maritime, and enterprise sectors. With Q, customers can easily access network performance and QoE insights using natural language queries. In addition, new AI tools will help them unlock next-level productivity, boost operational efficiency, and elevate end-user experiences.

Ensuring high-quality, always-on connectivity across skies, seas, and remote locations is complex—particularly when managing multiple providers, satellite orbits, and terrestrial networks. Quvia uses AI and machine learning to deliver truly hybrid networks. Unlike rules-based SD-WAN solutions, the Quvia platform continuously learns from the data it ingests, dynamically adjusts its decision-making and behavior, and its machine learning models continually adapt. The result is smart network orchestration that maximizes QoE and goes beyond traditional traffic routing to include new use cases, such as bandwidth on-demand and fleet-wide capacity sharing.

Q, currently in beta, will extend the Quvia platform’s AI capabilities across new and existing solutions to ensure intelligent connectivity and digital operations, end-to-end.

New features will include:

  • AI Chatbot: Delivers faster, more intuitive insights by understanding natural language queries and surfacing relevant insights from across the Quvia platform. For example, a customer could ask, “What is the CIR for ship X?” or “What is the QoE of ship Y?” and receive responses instantly, along with supporting graphs.

  • Interactive Dashboard: Offers AI-powered search and an interactive dashboard for real-time insights into endpoints like ships, planes, remote sites, and related hardware such as antennas and PoPs. Customers can track status, location, weather, performance metrics, and more, and even prompt the AI to generate custom dashboards.

  • AI Agents: Automates tedious and complex tasks, enabling any team to boost productivity without technical expertise. As an example, cruise lines can lose millions in Wi-Fi refunds because manually reviewing each request is too time-consuming. An AI agent can instantly analyze network performance and QoE data for each ship, validate requests, and automate decisions—ensuring fast, accurate refunds for genuine service disruptions.

“In industries where connectivity and digital ecosystems aren’t one-size-fits-all, businesses need AI that can adapt to their needs,” said Benny Retnamony, founder & CEO, Quvia. “AI models and chatbots are only as powerful as the data behind them, and we don’t just analyze data—we create it. With Q, we’re helping customers manage tasks faster, smarter, and more effectively.”
