Origin Specialty Underwriters announces the formation of Origin Captive Solutions

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Origin Specialty Underwriters Agency, LLC (“Origin Specialty”), a leading national Managing General Agent (“MGA”) with primary focus on the restaurant, hospitality, and construction industries and partner company of Beyond Risk, is pleased to announce the formation of Origin Captive Solutions. This new division will bring captive solutions to middle market companies by offering a broader array of risk management solutions. Partnering with our sister company, GPW & Associates, Inc., our multi-disciplinary team of experienced underwriters, actuaries, Certified Public Accountants, and captive professionals will provide full-service creation and execution of captives for our customers.

Daniel Rossen JD CPCU ARe, will be leading Origin Captive Solutions as its Managing Director. The initial focus will bring property solutions that are fronted by AM Best rated paper, thereby allowing captives to take risk while satisfying most lender requirements.
