PureTech Scientific Names Nav Arora as New CCO

Appointment taps a strategic leader who brings wealth of knowledge and leadership

BELLE, W. Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PureTech Scientific LLC, a global leader in glycolic acid synthesis and technology, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Nav Arora as Chief Commercial Officer. PureTech was founded by private equity firm Iron Path Capital after acquiring the Glycolic Acid business from The Chemours Company in August 2023.

Nav brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of strategic initiatives at Avantor, where he focused on driving organic growth and enhancing customer experience. Previously, as Avantor’s SVP/GM of Americas Growth Segment he managed global P&Ls across seven countries. In addition, he led Americas Customer Service team overseeing 700+ employees supporting a $4B business. Prior to Avantor/VWR, Nav was a management consultant with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) advising clients across various industries. His passion for building, empowering, and coaching global teams will be instrumental in PureTech’s continued growth and success.
