Founded in 2006 by Russ Lail, Springbrook Insurance Agency has built a strong reputation for offering comprehensive insurance solutions with a primary focus on commercial lines and non-profit organizations. In 2013, Charlene and John Drapp joined the agency, bringing their extensive experience in personal lines and group health insurance, further broadening Springbrook’s offerings.
