CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. (RoadSafe), a leading provider of infrastructure services, announced today the acquisition of Utah-based All Star Striping (All Star). All Star is a specialized pavement marking business that performs complex pavement projects throughout Utah and neighboring states. This is RoadSafe’s sixteenth acquisition since entering into a strategic partnership with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.
