Adams Outdoor Advertising Acquires Triad Outdoor Advertising’s 75 Display Faces in the Piedmont-Triad / Greensboro Market

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adams Outdoor Advertising (“Adams”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired all of Triad Outdoor Advertising’s (“Triad”) billboard assets as of September 1, 2024. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Triad, a family-owned business founded in Greensboro, NC, installed its first billboard in 1972, and grew to own and operate 75 display faces, including 1 digital face. All of Triad’s billboard faces are located adjacent to Interstates or major divided US Highways. Triad was one of the few independently owned and operated full-service billboard advertising companies remaining in North Carolina, and it was well-known for its personal attention to detail, flexibility, and quality locations.
