EQ Office Appoints Kristin Molano to Lead Northern California Region

San Francisco-Based Molano to Drive Regional Company Strategy

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EQ Office (“EQ”) today announced it has appointed Kristin Molano as its Senior Vice President, Northern California to be based in San Francisco.

In this role, Ms. Molano will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the existing Northern California portfolio across San Francisco, Silicon Valley and San Jose, as well as helping to shape company strategy in the region.

Ms. Molano brings over 12 years of commercial real estate expertise, including significant experience sourcing, evaluating, and operating office assets in Northern California. She joins EQ Office from Swift Real Estate Partners where she was responsible for acquisitions and asset management in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, Ms. Molano worked for the Jay Paul Company working in acquisitions and capital markets with a primary focus on Silicon Valley and San Jose. Ms. Molano got her start in real estate working in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo Bank.
