EQ Office Welcomes Tyler Benjamin as SVP, Head of People & Culture

Former Netflix HR Leader to Drive Talent Strategy and Culture

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EQ Office (“EQ”) today announced the appointment of Tyler Benjamin as Senior Vice President, Head of People & Culture, effective immediately.

Based out of EQ’s office in Santa Monica, California, Mr. Benjamin will oversee the strategy and organization of EQ Office’s human resources (“HR”) function, including talent development, as well as play a vital role helping to shape and sustain the strong culture of the organization. He will report to EQ's Chief Operating Officer Josh Hatfield.

Mr. Benjamin brings over 25 years of talent leadership experience building and supporting teams at a variety of large and operationally complex organizations. He joins EQ Office from Netflix, where he spent five years in HR Business Partner leadership roles across the company. Most recently, he was Vice President and HR Business Partner for Studio Operations and Production, a position in which he set and drove the talent strategy for the global production organization, led the enterprise-wide 360 review process and played a key role in evolving the company culture as Netflix scaled significantly. Previously, he served as SVP, Head of Human Resources at SoulCycle, and before that, held HR leadership roles at NBCUniversal and Discovery Communications in New York and London.
