Littlejohn & Co. Provides Strategic, Minority Capital Investment to Support Great Day Improvements’ Acquisition of ELM Home & Building Solutions

Littlejohn Has Been a Strategic Partner of Great Day Since 2021

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Littlejohn & Co., LLC (“Littlejohn”) announced today that it has made a significant minority preferred equity investment in Great Day Improvements (“Great Day”), a vertically integrated, direct-to-consumer provider of premium home improvement products. The proceeds from this structured capital investment will be used to support Great Day’s acquisition of ELM Home & Building Solutions, including its well-known brands, Englert® and LeafGuard®.
