Littlejohn & Co. Promotes Charles Leung to Managing Director

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Littlejohn & Co., LLC (“Littlejohn”), a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, today announced the promotion of Charles Leung to Managing Director.

Mr. Leung joined Littlejohn in 2013 as an Associate. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Leung has made significant contributions to Littlejohn, including his development of the firm’s capabilities and track record in the engineering and professional services sectors. He currently serves as a director at Ardurra, GDS Associates and Milrose Consultants and played an active role in Littlejohn’s prior investments including Alltech, CoActive, Cook & Boardman, Henniges, Latham International, Newgistics, SunSource, and Tidel.
