HUDSON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Precision Coating Company, LLC is pleased to announce Eric Manojlović has joined the company as Manager of Orthopedic Sales. Based in Hudson, MA, Precision Coating serves global medical and technical companies offering value-added surface coatings and treatments.

Manojlović is an experienced Sales Manager with 35 years of orthopedic medical device and surgical instrument experience. He has a proven track record of consistently building exceptional industry relationships, penetrating markets, and introducing new products. His strengths include analyzing market needs and developing strategies that surpass goals and expectations. Manojlović is known for his keen awareness of key marketplace trends, as well as deep knowledge of orthopedic OEM portfolios.

Prior to joining Precision Coating, Manojlović served as Strategic Account Manager for Lincotek Medical and as Sales Development Manager for NN, Inc. He also spent a significant amount of his orthopedic career on the OEM side at Zimmer Biomet as their Senior Category Agent in Procurement. This experience provided him with an excellent background in Supplier-OEM relationship management, new product launches, taking products from concept to patent, and leveraging his manufacturing background.
