‘A full-circle moment:’ ONDA’s Longtime Paralegal Earns Law Degree

Alison Etherly bolsters firm’s family law practice

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP (ONDA)’s longtime paralegal Alison Etherly has been elevated to attorney after earning her J.D. to pursue a career as a family lawyer.

A mother of two, Ms. Etherly brings an insider’s perspective to family law issues. She focuses her practice on matters involving divorce, child custody, family violence, mediation and property division.

Armed with professional dedication and workplace integrity, Ms. Etherly approaches her cases with compassion, keeping in mind that family law matters can be emotional, stressful and challenging.

Ms. Etherly earned her undergraduate degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Texas at Arlington, and her J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas.
