IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services hired Angie Brown as a First Vice President and Consultant for its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Alliant’s absence, disability, and life insurance practice, Brown will support clients nationwide.

Her role at Alliant entails working closely with clients to ensure they possess the necessary vendor relationships and business practices to efficiently manage their leave of absence and disability programs, with a keen eye on operational performance, compliance, and employee leave of absence experience. Brown’s guidance not only focuses on speed and accuracy, but also drives compliance with FMLA, ADAAA, and continually emerging leave laws while emphasizing employee experience.

Transitioning to the technology sector in 2010, Brown utilized her extensive operational insights to design an industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to administer integrated disability and absence claims for the industry.
