Sherman is a 20-year veteran of the local real estate market who was raised in Pacific Palisades. A resident of Santa Monica and Venice for more than 20 years, he brings a lifetime’s worth of knowledge pertaining to the Westside and an accomplished professional background that includes serving as a location scout in the film industry.

“Working in the film industry for 10 years was essential to my development as an agent, as I literally spent thousands of hours scouting the city of Los Angeles, increasing my knowledge of the different characteristics that define each specific neighborhood,” Sherman explained.
