BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties today announced that Chris Duff, an accomplished real estate broker, industry leader and educator, has joined the company’s Beverly Hills office. Duff brings more than two decades of real estate, brokerage, and leadership experience to the firm.

Duff is widely recognized for his leadership within the real estate industry and currently serves as the 2026 President of the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS^® (GLAR) and as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS^® (NAR). His extensive industry involvement also includes leadership roles at the local, state and national levels, including with the National Association of REALTORS^® and the California Association of REALTORS^®.

Duff brings extensive experience as a broker, business owner, entrepreneur and educator. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded seven companies with five profitable exits, including Beach Real Estate Group and Innovate Success Strategies, both of which he transitioned to new ownership upon joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Earlier in his career, he managed and later became broker-owner of a successful national real estate franchise in South Texas.

As a national real estate educator, Duff has trained more than 10,000 real estate professionals through courses, workshops and designation programs developed and delivered through more than 40 association partnerships nationwide.

Along with holding a bachelor’s degree in science and business, Chris holds numerous industry designations and certifications, including Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate REALTOR^® Institute (GRI), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), e-PRO Certified, At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX).

A graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, Duff has been deeply involved in REALTOR^® leadership and advocacy. In June 2026, he was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame at the $100,000 level, following three prior inductions. He has also served on the C.A.R. Board of Directors and as a Trustee of the C.A.R. Political Action Committee.
