Federman & Sherwood Investigates Bradford-Scott Data, LLC for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Bradford-Scott Data, LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On July 2, 2023, Bradford-Scott Data, LLC identified unusual activity within a limited portion of its network. In response, Bradford-Scott Data, LLC immediately took steps to ensure the security of its environment and initiated an investigation to determine the full nature and scope of the activity. Through the investigation, Bradford-Scott Data, LLC learned that certain files were likely copied from its network between May 19 and May 28, 2023. Bradford-Scott Data, LLC began a time-intensive and detailed review of all files determined to be affected by the event and to determine what information was present in the files and to whom it related. The information that was accessed include the individuals’ name and Social Security number.
