Tungsten Automation Announces Joe Olson as New Chief Customer Officer

With a career spanning over two decades in executive leadership roles within public and private SaaS companies operating at global scale, Joe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Tungsten Automation. His extensive background includes serving as CEO, CCO and GM, where he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to driving customer-centric strategies that align with customer needs.

Olson's leadership has been instrumental in guiding various functional areas crucial to customer success, including professional services, technical support, SaaS operations and renewals. His hands-on approach and strategic vision have consistently delivered tangible results, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, while driving revenue growth.
