Presented by Forbes and market research company Statista, the 6th annual America’s Best Startup Employers list was compiled by gathering and analyzing more than 7 million data points. Out of 20,000 companies, only 3,000 qualified for an in-depth analysis based on three criteria including employer reputation, employee satisfaction and growth:

  1. Employer Reputation: Relevant workplace aspects and search terms (e.g., employee engagement, company/corporate culture, company strategy, etc.). Algorithm-based text analysis was used to categorize positive, neutral, or negative content.
  2. Employee Satisfaction: Topics involved retention, compensation and benefits, workplace flexibility, diversity and inclusivity, etc.
  3. Growth: Data regarding website traffic, headcount growth, headcount total, job openings, etc.

“At AiDash, we are focused on building a positive culture that empowers our employees to become a true part of our mission to innovate and help make critical infrastructure across the world more climate-resilient,” said Abhishek Singh, Co-founder and CEO of AiDash. “We are honored to be recognized with this prestigious list from Forbes for back-to-back years as we continue to add new talent and grow our incredible team.”
