SLWM Names Thomas Juhase Chief Executive Officer

KANSAS CITY, Mo.--()--SLWM, a leader in tech-enabled marketing activation, recently appointed Thomas Juhase as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With decades of strategic and operational experience, Juhase is a strong leader with a proven track record of driving profitable growth, spearheading innovation, and strategic business development.

He will prioritize delivering outstanding customer service, pursuing new growth opportunities, improving operational performance, and defining SLWM’s long-term vision. The announcement comes as part of the company's strategic plan to facilitate growth and strengthen its position in the industry.

Juhase joins SLWM from Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), a $1B publicly traded spin-off from R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD). As a founding executive team member and Chief Operating Officer, he was integral in transforming the company from its manufacturing roots into a global software powerhouse. His strategic vision, coupled with hands-on operational expertise, led to the company’s growth and success. Prior to his tenure at DFIN, Juhase served as President of the Global Services Group at RRD, a $2.3B business unit within the company, prior to the spin-off in 2016. Before joining RRD, he held various management roles at Bowne & Co., Chas. P. Young, American Cyanamid Company, and IBM.

Juhase holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. He also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and serves as a board member for the University of Miami’s Alumni Group.
