The Website Dedicated to Sharing Everything About the Power of the Food Supporting the Health of All of Japan, Natto, has Now Been Powered Up!

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Japan natto cooperative society federation (Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshihiro Noro; “JNCSF”) has added new content to and powered up “Natto Power - Japanese Fermented Food Natto, the key to Better Living -,” the official website that opened last March dedicated to the explanation of the traditional Japanese health food, natto. New content has been developed focusing on the health benefits of natto and the attention it's receiving overseas. Lectures by specialists on natto research from a scientific perspective and short manga comics comprehensively displaying the power and appeal of natto have been released.

Various research institutions have recently made it known that improvement in gut health holds a significant role in promoting health. It has also been discovered that various beneficial bacteria improve gut health, with researchers demonstrating the incredible power of that traditional Japanese food, natto. However, the world does not yet know the power of natto. For this reason, JNCSF developed a website targeted at people worldwide last year, promoting the power of natto and its appeal to all.

Within natto resides a cultural side where it has held up the food culture of Japan, a side hiding the vast functionality of fermented foods, and a health side where it aids in fixing gut health. This website bundles all those sides up to show this unrecognized power natto holds to the world.
