TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced NTT DATA has been recognised as a Global Top Employer for 2024 by Top Employers Institute for the first time. This year NTT DATA was one of the only 17 Global Top Employers to be recognised for their outstanding People policies and practices worldwide by Top Employers Institute.
NTT DATA has also been awarded Top Employer 2024 regional certification in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America including 29 countries.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey.
