IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services continues to expand its presence in the Kansas City market, hiring André Davis as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. A noted community leader and philanthropist, Davis will provide innovative employee benefits solutions to a growing regional client base.

Davis joins Alliant with a diverse background in community engagement, philanthropy, executive consulting, business development, and integrated marketing. Throughout his career, he has cultivated longstanding relationships with C-suite executives, providing business strategies that enhance organizational stewardship and drive revenue growth.

Prior to joining Alliant, Davis was a corporate and community engagement executive for a Kansas City-based construction firm, where he successfully led community outreach efforts to drive growth and engagement across the region. Davis is active in the local community, serving on the boards of Prep KC, Kansas City Tomorrow, Junior League of Kansas City, and Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City.
