LOS ANGELES--()--Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp is proud to announce that Bryse Thornwell, an associate in the firm’s Entertainment Transactions practice, successfully completed the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Pathfinder Program and was named one of the inaugural Atlas Award winners. The program is designed to provide high-potential, early-career attorneys with tools for developing and leveraging relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and career development strategies.

Throughout the seven months Thornwell spent in the program, she participated in professional development programming ranging from in-person meetings to virtual sessions and online learning modules. The program culminated in October 2023 at the LCLD Fall Meeting in Washington, D.C., where Thornwell was named as one of the inaugural Atlas Award winners, which recognizes Pathfinders who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout the program.

“The past seven months have been incredibly transformative, and I feel so thankful to have had the opportunity to connect with and learn from so many talented, progressive attorneys,” said Thornwell. “I am incredibly grateful to be part of the MSK team, and for their support of me participating in this important program as well as their continued investment in my overall professional development..”

Thornwell joins LCLD’s Alumni network, which includes more than 5,000 attorneys who benefit from ongoing access to leadership development, business training, peer-to-peer mentoring, and relationship-building opportunities.
