J&E Companies names Jim Squatrito as Chief Executive Officer

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J&E Companies (J&E), a leading provider of precision machining and sheet metal fabrication services, is pleased to announce Jim Squatrito as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Squatrito has an extensive background working with both private equity and publicly owned businesses in the manufacturing and engineering industries. His action-oriented, growth mindset drives innovation, strategic vision, business acumen, and customer relationships that achieve improved financial performance and business growth objectives. Previous roles include CEO of Garlock Printing & Converting; President of Summit Packaging Solutions; CEO of Oracle Packaging; and senior leadership and engineering roles with Compass Automotive Group; Kurz-Kasch, Inc.; VITEC, LLC; Inergy Automotive Systems; and Avery-Dennison.

He holds an MBA in Quantitative and Operations Management from Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.
