2023 marks the 20th annual observance of Cybersecurity Awareness Month and Hypori will join Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and other participating organizations to advocate for more education and cybersecurity best practice to create a safer online world. Four simple steps that individuals and organizations can implement include using stronger passwords, deploying two-factor or multi-factor authentication, recognizing and reporting phishing attempts, and updating software.

Matthew Stern, Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Hypori, emphasizes the significance of cybersecurity awareness: "At Hypori, we recognize the critical importance of cybersecurity awareness, particularly in the face of adversaries who seek vulnerabilities in software, applications, and networks to exploit. We employ a supply chain of cyber information and intelligence, leveraging updates from reputable sources such as CISA, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the DoD-Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE), and other open sources. This ensures that we can allocate our resources effectively to defend against both known and emerging cyber threats. That's why Hypori has developed a Secure-by-Design solution, incorporating security from its inception all the way through system access and intellectual property protection."

Hypori Halo, recently approved by the Army as an enterprise capability delivering secure virtual mobility to the Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve service members in August, offers robust defense mechanisms to safeguard privacy, personal data, and organizational data, thereby minimizing the risk of data breaches and malware infiltration. Hypori executives will be demonstrating the application at the Association of the United States Army’s Annual Meeting (AUSA) at Booth #560 in the Veteran's Pavilion located in Exhibit Hall A.
