NDRI Welcomes Tom Malecki as New Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration

PHILADELPHIA--()--The National Disease Research Interchange (NDRI) is pleased to welcome Tom Malecki as its new Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration. Malecki brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record in financial leadership across several industries. He will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations and playing a crucial role in advancing NDRI’s mission.

Malecki joins NDRI with over 30 years of experience in finance and operations. His leadership positions span the retail, government, pharmaceutical, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining NDRI, Malecki served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the Utility Emergency Services Fund (UESF), a Philadelphia based nonprofit dedicated to assisting families facing difficulties finding stable housing. Malecki started his career with the Arthur Andersen organization, an accounting firm based out of Chicago.

Malecki holds an MBA in Accounting from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Albright College. He has served on various nonprofit boards, including the Board of Trustees for The Woodlynde School and the Country Club Swim Association. He has also served on the MBA Advisory Committee and taught as an Adjunct Professor at LaSalle University School of Business.
