Thryv Named to Newsweek’s List of Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces

Thryv Ranked as #34 Among 100 U.S. Companies Recognized for Outstanding Employee Sentiment and Satisfaction

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thryv Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:THRY) (“Thryv'' or the “Company”), the provider of the leading small and medium sized business (“SMB”) software platform, announced today it earned the #34 spot on Newsweek’s list of America’s 100 Most Loved Workplaces®.

“Devotion to our mission unites all Thryv employees,” said Thryv Chairman and CEO Joe Walsh. “We share a purpose helping local businesses along their journey to digital efficiency. Together we are making a profound, positive impact on the effectiveness and happiness of our SMB clients.

“The pride we feel radiates throughout our company culture. Being recognized by Newsweek’s Most Loved program validates our efforts.”

The 2023 Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® are the result of a collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leadership development and benchmark research company.

"Fully understanding and acting upon employee sentiment, emotion, and recommendations continues to be a challenge and top priority of executive leadership,” said Louis Carter, CEO of Best Practice Institute. “The companies on this list have committed to listening carefully to their employees to create a workplace employees love.”

The list was determined after surveying more than 2 million employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from 50 to more than 100,000. The list recognizes companies that have created a workplace where employees feel respected, inspired, and appreciated and are at the center of the business model.

“This recognition is driven by the outstanding collaboration and inclusion that occurs throughout the organization,” said Lesley Bolger, Chief Legal Officer & HR, Thryv. “It’s a direct result of staying focused on our mission to help others through our work, collaborate to overcome obstacles and recognize and celebrate Thryv’s and our clients’ success.

“I am proud of all the work that has been achieved to allow Thryv to be a Most Loved Workplace!”

The key areas included in the analysis are based on how well companies demonstrate the areas within the Spark Model as defined by BPI including Systemic Collaboration, Positive Vision of the Future, Alignment of values, Respect, and Killer Achievement. Employee sentiments and emotions indicating how engaged employees are, how positive they feel about their workplace, and how committed they are to the organization’s success were analyzed to identify the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces.
