Amkor Technology Joins the PHLX Semiconductor Sector Index (SOX)

TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR), a leading provider of semiconductor packaging and test services, today announced that the company has been added to the PHLX Semiconductor Sector Index (SOX) effective Monday, September 18, 2023.

The PHLX Semiconductor Sector Index (SOX) is a modified market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the performance of the 30 largest US-listed semiconductor companies.

Amkor Technology was added to the S&P MidCap 400 index, another premier benchmark of the US equities market, in February of 2021.
