Oryx Dental Software Gets AI-Powered Imaging with Pearl Partnership

The partnership between Pearl and Oryx will bring Pearl’s industry-leading dental AI capabilities to the Oryx practice management system’s native imaging solution

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pearl, the global leader in dental AI solutions, and cloud-based dental practice management system developer, Oryx Dental Software, today announced plans to integrate Pearl’s Second Opinion® disease detection capabilities within the Oryx’s native dental imaging feature set.

Pearl’s Second Opinion is the first-and-only chairside AI software with global regulatory clearances to assist dentists in the detection of numerous common conditions in bitewing, periapical and panoramic x-rays of adult teeth in patients as young as 12 years old. Through this partnership, dentists using Oryx will be able to directly access Second Opinion’s AI capabilities for reviewing intraoral images, scans, and radiographs within the native imaging utility of Oryx’s practice management software.
