David Baron Joins Seward & Kissel’s Employment Practice from Hogan Lovells

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seward & Kissel LLP announced today that employment litigator and counselor David Baron has joined the firm as a partner in the Employment Law Group in New York.

David has represented and advised companies of all sizes on employment-related matters in industries such as financial services, life sciences, healthcare, education, technology, and consumer goods. He has extensive experience providing employment advisory services, as well as all aspects of employment litigation, including non-competes and other restrictive covenants, whistleblower retaliation, contract disputes, and discrimination claims. David litigates in state and federal courts, arbitration hearings, and administrative agencies nationwide, regularly achieving advantageous resolutions.
