LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sound Partners LLC, a lower-middle market private equity fund, announced today the acquisition of Marathon HVAC Service, a leading residential HVAC company based in Los Angeles, CA. This marks Sound Partners' second platform in the HVAC space, following the acquisition of Tradewinds Mechanical, LLC, a leader in commercial HVAC-R in Las Vegas, NV.

Founded in 1990 by Ray and Tatiana Martinez, Marathon HVAC Service has grown into a renowned provider of residential HVAC services in Southern California. The company's success is attributed to Ray's vision and unwavering dedication to quality service, earning him the nickname "Marathon Man."
