The strategic acquisition expands Marathon's geographic coverage across Greater Los Angeles, adds proven key leaders, and further expands capabilities into electrical and plumbing services.

Design Air is a family business established in 2001 serving the Inland Empire with exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Marathon is partnering with Design Air’s founder Paul Davidson and his daughter, Megan Davidson, in this transaction as they take on key leadership roles within the company.
