COLUMBIA, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Managed IT and cybersecurity service provider, VC3, has announced that Ryan Vestby will become the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer on February 20, 2023. Sandy Reeser, who has been the company’s CEO since 2017 will transition to Chairman of the Board.
Vestby has been working alongside Reeser and VC3’s executive team throughout 2022 to extend the company’s local government and commercial IT expertise across North America while simultaneously driving efficiencies for current clients. When it came time for Reeser to move to the next phase of his life and career, Vestby was the natural choice for a successor.
“There was never a time working together when Ryan and I differed on any key decisions,” Reeser shared at an internal meeting announcing the leadership transition.
As Vestby takes over the role of CEO, VC3 will continue to leverage technology and automation to drive a better and more secure experience for its municipal and business clients and their employees. At the same time, the company will look for more opportunities to partner with organizations that are struggling with IT and need to gain confidence that they have the kind of advanced cybersecurity strategy that’s needed to manage modern cyber risks.
