Ventiv Technology Appoints Jennifer Butts as New VP of Information Security

Executive with over 20 years of experience chosen to further Ventiv’s data security and privacy standards team

The addition of Butts to the Ventiv team is another strategic move to accelerate the company’s leadership position in SaaS and on-premise solutions for the risk, claims administration, and insurance industry. Today, Ventiv’s suite of analytics solutions offers a vast array of products with highly complex software, which is familiar territory for Butts.

Butts, a dynamic leader and technology visionary, has over 20 years of software experience, specializing in data security, privacy and compliance. She earned the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designation and led teams through preparing for SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and creating formal security programs from scratch. Her recent experience working with a software company that provided multiple products, ranging from single- to multi-tenant and both on-premise and hosted environments, makes her uniquely qualified to expand Ventiv’s information security practice.
