Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Announces Change to National Accounts On-Premise Leadership Team

MIAMI & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer's)—the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol—today announced that Bill Edwards, Senior Vice President, National Accounts, On-Premise will be leaving the Company, effective January 1, 2023, to add value to a Southern Glazer’s supplier partner, leveraging his vast industry expertise and experience.

Mr. Edwards will support his team’s transition for future growth following the announcement of a long-planned National Accounts restructuring.

Mr. Edwards began his 18-year career with Southern Glazer’s in 2004 as Vice President, National Account Sales, On-Premise before stepping into his most recent Senior Vice President role in 2016. Prior to his tenure at Southern Glazer’s, Mr. Edwards served in progressive leadership roles at Darden Restaurants.
