Construction Defect Firm Gains 75 Years of Hawaii Law Experience

After 15 years of collaboration with BerdingWeil on Hawaii construction defect litigation, William McKeon, Shannon Sheldon and Rebecca Filipovic will be joining the BerdingWeil law firm as partners effective September 1, 2022.

Filipovic, president of the Community Council of Maui, will continue to specialize in construction defect litigation, arbitration and mediation. In addition, attorney Kelly LaPrade brings her experience to the firm’s general counsel practice. These attorneys and their support staff will be joining the BerdingWeil Hawaii practice, which includes attorney Kyle Pineo.
