SECAF Announces 2022-2023 Board of Directors

Meghan Gifford to lead the board as SECAF helps members emerge, scale, and succeed

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) announced the board of directors for their 2022-2023 programming year effective September 1. Meghan Gifford (Octo, Senior Director of Corporate Development & Strategy) assumes the Chair role after serving as Vice Chair for the past year. Steve James (Integrated Systems Solutions, President and CEO) will serve as Vice Chair. Adam Nalls (Virginia Partners Bank, Chief Operating Officer) will move into an officer position serving as Secretary. Jon Williams (Partner, PilieroMazza) will begin his service as General Counsel.

SECAF’s 2022-2023 Officers and Board of Directors are:
