Vino Vault Announces Seventh U.S. Location and Second Site in Texas with Purchase of Houston Wine Cellar

HOUSTON--()--Vino Vault, a leading fine wine storage and services provider, announced today that the company has acquired its seventh U.S. location and its second facility in Texas, Houston Wine Cellar.

Since launching in 2021, Vino Vault has been actively building its network across the country. Currently the company has locations in Los Angeles, New York, Denver, Dallas, and now Houston.

“Houston is an exciting addition to the Vino Vault portfolio and having a second presence in Texas is in keeping with our goal to become the nation’s leading wine storage and value-added ancillary services provider by operating in key markets across the U.S.” said Vino Vault CEO Jeff Anthony.

Houston Wine Cellar was founded in March 1993, it was the first wine storage facility established in the state. In 2001, Gigi and Brad White purchased the business and have run it together ever since. The facility is centrally located in Houston’s business district. The space features secure individual lockers allowing customers to easily and safely store and access their liquid treasures in a consistently monitored, temperature- and humidity-controlled environment.

“We are thankful to the Houston wine community for their trust over the past two decades,” said Gigi. “Houston Wine Cellar was the first storage facility in the state of Texas and for almost thirty years we have been relied on by our clients to care for their cherished wine collections. While we will certainly miss the community we built, we know our clients are in good hands with Vino Vault who is committed to continuing our excellence.”

"Having served the Houston area for decades, Gigi and Brad White have built a highly regarded reputation in the wine storage space,” commented Anthony. “Houston Wine Cellar is home to a community that brings together wine novices, serious collectors, and general enthusiasts alike; we are looking forward to continuing to provide that same level of personalized service within the Vino Vault portfolio."

Under Vino Vault’s new ownership, Houston Wine Cellar clients will have access to additional amenities including expert inventory organization, collection analysis and turnkey auction management services. Vino Vault is committed to enhancing the customer and wine collection experience.
