Vonco Products Expands - Highlights Customer Innovation Experience, Greater Capacity, and New Jobs

TREVOR, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vonco Products LLC, an industry leader in custom medical devices and components, flexible packaging, and contract manufactured solutions, announce their expansion of 36,516 square feet.

After only five years in their new Trevor, Wisconsin location, Vonco’s need for expansion came much sooner than originally anticipated. In 2021, the decision was made to expand the facility due to new projects that demanded an increase in square footage for both manufacturing and warehousing. To provide additional risk-free turkey solutions to customers, plans were finalized in September 2021 for the addition.

Expanding into the new space provides Vonco the opportunity to work more closely with customers to streamline design and development processes in a creative design innovation center. Within these innovation experience visits, engineers can work in-house directly with customers to understand their specific business/project needs and help provide solutions to take their craziest, most innovative ideas from idea to concept with same-day prototyping and take-home samples.

Certified in 2021 as a “Great Place to Work” in Southeastern Wisconsin, this new space will also create added employment for the local community.

On May 13, 2022, employees gathered to celebrate this accomplishment with a ribbon cutting ceremony and luncheon. At the ribbon cutting ceremony President Keith Smith said, “We are deliberate and intentional around creating value for our customer's mission critical projects. This space demonstrates customer belief in our ability to minimize project risk while providing end-to-end manufacturing processes.”

Smith continued, “Even with the multitude of supply chain issues and delays, Vonco was able to navigate the challenges and still meet the May 2022 deadline for this addition. I am proud of everyone’s efforts and commitment to the process.”

With the expansion, Vonco now has a total of 116,563 square feet and staff are excited to get working on the new projects that are scheduled for the rest of the year.
