ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLP Capital, a private real estate investment and finance firm, has named Gunnar Tande as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Tande joins the company’s senior executive team and will actively manage the high execution, enablement, and development operations and functions of the organization.
Prior to joining DLP Capital, Mr. Tande provided strategic vision and leadership for Mercy Housing and Jonathan Rose Companies in the affordable multifamily industry (10 years), and with Charles Schwab in the financial services industry (10 years). He was tasked with accelerating growth, developing, and implementing proactive change initiatives and improving execution and efficiency. Mr. Tande is also an effective leader and an expert at implementing innovative technology solutions, developing Business Intelligence systems to measure progress and inform decision, and streamlining processes.

Mr. Tande received his bachelor’s degree in economics with an International Business emphasis from the University of Southern Mississippi and he earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver.
