CTS Engines Deepens Executive Leadership Team With Appointment of Amanda Gower as Chief Commercial Officer

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CTS Engines, a global leader for mature engine maintenance, is proud to announce the appointment of Amanda Gower as the Company’s first Chief Commercial Officer. As CCO, Mrs. Gower will function as a strategic partner to the CEO, Vesa Paukkeri, and the senior leadership team in driving growth initiatives and ensuring that best-in-class solutions are delivered to its customers. Gower will be based at CTS Engines’ headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will report directly to the CEO.

Mrs. Gower is a recognized and proven industry leader with over 27 years of experience in both passenger and cargo airline operations and comes with extensive expertise in commercial engine maintenance. Prior to joining CTS Engines, Gower was Head of Powerplant Maintenance Services, Technical Operations, at Amazon Air where she helped scale the powerplant organization in support of Amazon Air’s fleet expansion to over 85 aircraft. Gower is an executive level decision maker and inspirational leader who has demonstrated excellence developing strategies to achieve long-term organizational goals at major airline organizations throughout her career.
