CTS Engines announces the appointment of Bill Kircher as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 3, 2024

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CTS Engines (CTS), a leading independent jet engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Kircher, currently Executive Vice Chairman of CTS, to the expanded role of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Chairman. Bill succeeds Vesa Paukkeri who will be transitioning to the role of Chief Commercial Officer, based in Helsinki, Finland, to focus on top-line growth.

With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Bill brings extensive knowledge of turbofan engines, operational excellence, and an extensive array of MRO solutions to the CTS team. He has held multiple executive leadership positions at prominent aerospace companies, including four years at Triumph Group as Executive Vice President of Triumph Systems and Support. Bill also spent eighteen years with United Technologies in various leadership roles, including President of Pratt & Whitney’s MRO operations in Asia, based out of Singapore.
