Seward & Kissel Enhances Real Estate Group with Counsel Camille Paulus

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seward & Kissel LLP announced today that Camille Paulus has joined the firm as counsel in the Real Estate Group in New York.

Paulus advises governmental and economic development agencies, financial institutions, investment banks, real estate investment trusts, private investors, and major corporations on a wide range of real estate transactions.

Paulus brings fifteen years of experience counseling clients in both the United States and Canada. Her expertise spans real estate acquisitions and dispositions, property re-developments, transportation infrastructure projects, joint ventures, ground leases, financings, and loan workouts. She regularly works across office, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Paulus has exceptional knowledge of both traditional and construction financings and real estate matters involving complex redevelopment projects.

Paulus received her Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. A native of Quebec, she received her Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Laws from McGill University. Before moving to New York in 2016, she practiced real estate law in Montreal for several years and completed a secondment with the real estate division of the legal department of a major Canadian pension fund. She joins Seward & Kissel from the real estate group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
