Nordson Corporation Completes Acquisition of NDC Technologies

WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) has completed the acquisition of the NDC Technologies business, a leading global provider of precision measurement solutions for in-line manufacturing process control, from Spectris plc (SXS: LSE). The completion of the transaction follows the Company’s August 24, 2021, announcement that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the business. This acquisition will expand Nordson’s test and inspection platform into new end markets and adjacent technologies.
