Combat Networks Rebrands as Netagen

OTTAWA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Combat Networks Inc., a leader in the design, implementation and maintenance of state-of-the-art high-performance networks, announced today the launch of its new corporate name and brand identity. Rechristened Netagen with a new logo, tagline, and website, the exciting rebrand symbolizes the company’s continued evolution as one of Canada’s leading independent network-solutions providers.

"Netagen brings a new face and name to our IT services, unified communications and data networking portfolio while leveraging our combined 20+ years of expertise, customer relationships, and reputation for quality and value,” Christopher Emery, Netagen CEO, said.

The rebrand follows Combat Networks’ recent acquisitions of Duologik and GDL -- complementary IT infrastructure and service solutions that expand Netagen’s capabilities and reach.

“What the enterprise network looks like today is dramatically different to what it was just a few short years ago,” Emery continued. “Software-defined networking, cloud-based infrastructure, expanded security, greater flexibility, and new consumption models are redefining not only our industry but every industry. Netagen will help shape where those industries go.”

Netagen will continue Combat Networks’ legacy of world-class unified communications and data networks services and will represent technology manufacturers with the same dedication under the new brand. All existing design, installation, and maintenance services for unified communications systems and data networks will remain in place.

Our new name and image reflect our drive to deliver networks that are a generation ahead. We are committed to being the most innovative and complete premium solutions provider in Unified Communications, Wireless & Data Networking, as well as Managed Services.

Netagen’s new tagline: “Connecting at the speed of change” reflects the future of the business and the company’s commitment to innovation across all service lines. The company welcomes everyone to explore the all-new corporate website at www.netagen.com
